Our kit upgrades your stock Showa Forks while providing the best ride quality possible.
We disassemble your fork tubes, remove all of the useless 1940’s shock technology including springs, damping rods, valves, emulators (2006 & above) and install cartridges and correct spring rated springs for you. We give you back the stock internals and springs to do with them what you like. You may upgrade to chrome lowers at the same time and save the trouble and labor expense of doing it over again.

This serious upgrade will give you the control you want and need while eliminating premature bottoming out. Gone are the days of the anticipated pain of traversing railroad tracks or jarring of your spine. Turn rate and stability is improved along with your confidence in your machine. Brake dive are a thing of the past and fun factor greatly increased. Passengers will enjoy the smooth ride and fatigue will be greatly lessened. Your upgraded forks are now easily fully adjustable on all FL models except for a Road King due to the headlight nacelle. In the case of Road King, the adjustment valve must be adjusted prior to nacelle instalation.

*Note
Your bushings tend to wear very quickly. Once the Teflon coating is worn off the bronze is in direct contact with the steel/chrome stanchion tube. This is due to the fact of combined excess rake and motorcycle weight.. Below is an explanation of the cause and effect
